Acceptable use.
FreePicNinja.Com allows users to upload JPG (JPEG), GIF or PNG files, no other formats are supported. You may upload any amount of files up to 1.1 mb each for an unlimited period of time.
You agree to not use FreePicNinja.Com services for illegal purposes.
You AGREE to NOT upload any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, illegal, copyright infringing, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable; harming minors in any way; impersonating any person or entity content.
Notification of Claimed Copyright Infringement
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, FreePicNinja.com will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported.

Termination.
FreePicNinja.Com reserves the right to terminate its services at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Service or for any other reason.
